Our standing seam machine is a very well built, sturdy machine that is used to create 26 guage standing seam panels. It is made by Schlebach Machines and can run panels to the very inch you desire. We properly align our metal coils with the roller former to prevent bending or damaging panels. Standing seam panels are installed side by side and stand vertical. Standing seam roofs create a new modern day look to your home or business. |

| Our roll former (rib panels) is manufactured by Sen Fung Rollform Machinery Corp. It produces perfect 29-gauge panels at any length that you request (as long as you can haul it). The coil is automatically fed through a series of rollers that bend and shape the metal into the perfect panel. When it reaches its designated length, it is cut precisely using hydraulic technology. |

The Brake

Our brake is manufactured by Jorns. The brake is a hydraulically ran machine. It is used to bend, cut, and shape flat sheets of metal into professionally made custom trim. It is approx 25' long. It can be operated by either 1 person or 2 person. Foot pedals are used to control the hydraulic funtion of the machine. |
The Slitter
| The slitter is manufactured by Schlebach Machines. It is a hydraulic operated machine that will cut to the inch. It is used to cut metal coils into flat sheets. Flat sheets are used for multiple purposes. We sale flat sheets to customers for personal use. We also use the brake to make custom trim from flat sheets. |

Ridge & Corner Roll Former

The ridge and corner roll formers are manufactured by Sen Fung Rollform Machinery Corp. It is hydraulically operated. We manually load the coils using a forklift, then feed it through the machine. We then set the length and speed desired and press start. The machine feeds the coil through a series of rollers that bend and shape the metal into the perfect ridge cap or corner. |
